Want to get the most out of your Quality HQ live session?
We want to make sure all our attendees squeeze as much as they can from every live session - so here are some tips to get the most out of the live sessions:
- If you're already bursting with questions, send them in before the session by emailing hello@qualityhq.com.au - this helps us to prepare and make sure we've got you covered.
- Arrive on time! Time is valuable - and often limited, so we try to keep our sessions to time. Making sure you're on time helps us pack as much value in as we can and reduces interruptions to the sessions. But we do understand that 'life happens'. If you do join a session late, please be respectful of other attendees and our facilitators.
- Bring your phone. I know, it's an odd request in this day and age but we do like to use some great interactive tools every now and then which you can access via a QR code with your mobile (or simply in another browser window if you'd prefer).
- Use the chat box for questions during the session. It really helps us to keep the flow going through the sessions and ensures you leave with the information you need. We'll always review it at the end of the session to make sure we have covered everything and, in cases we are unable to, we will send out additional information or resources after the session to the attendees.
- Get involved! The more you give, the more you get. This is a safe space for us to learn and grow together - and your input is valid and very much welcomed.
